About Rob Lewis

Rob Lewis is and international keynote speaker on corporate culture, leadership & business innovation. Rob is a self-described Polymath and is an avid student of a multitude of disciplines. He is an active member of Toastmasters International and describes his calling as inspiring business leaders toward action in created great places to work for their employees!

Why Corporate Culture?

Rob is familiar with the realities that exist regarding attitudes and beliefs about organizational culture across the hierarchy of large organizations. It is due to the perceived "softness" of this subject that Rob has made it his mission to help executives and business owners understand the importance of culture creation. Furthermore, during his keynote presentations, Rob sheds light onto what the research has found regarding organizational culture and profitability.

Education

While earning a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology & Nutrition from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. Rob realized the importance of psychology regarding behavioral modification. This initial interest led him down the path of researching how businesses develop a thriving culture within their organizations. Rob has been mentored by authorities on organizational culture and business.

Experience

Rob has had the pleasure of being a corporate culture and business keynote speaker and presenter in Russia, Spain, and throughout the United States. Among other industries and organizations, Rob is a frequent presenter for IHRSA, IDEA, and NSCA. He has been the owner & founder of multiples small businesses and was the COO of a Fitness Product startup company which raised over half a million dollars during a single crowd-funding campaign.

Current

In addition to being a corporate culture keynote speaker, Rob Lewis is an organizational development and corporate culture consultant. He currently consults full time for Chuze Fitness out of San Diego, CA. Rob is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys learning new languages.

Personal Life

Finally, Rob is a dedicated family man and enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children. When not spending time with family or working, Rob enjoys reading, writing, and learning. Rob can be seen almost every Thursday morning at 7:00am attending his local Toastmasters International Group in Rancho Bernardo, CA.
